Exchange and Return Policy

• All items undergo strict quality control prior to shipment. In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence.
• We accept exchange requests within 14 days of delivery, only for items that are proven to be defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and approved by our support team before any exchange is processed. If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit or refund may be issued at our discretion.
• Return requests are subject to review and must meet the same conditions as above. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise approved by our team.

Refund Policy

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
